I purchased my membership but didn't received my username/password, help!
The welcome email including the username and password is automatically sent right after the purchase. If you don't receive it, first look into your SPAM folder as it sometimes ends up there. In some instances, your email service provider blocked it thinking it was SPAM or the email just got lost somewhere on the information superhighway. If that's the case, simply email me or send me a private message on Facebook (fastest) and I will send you your login info ASAP!



I tried to pay but my credit card/Paypal payment got rejected, the message was something like: "Error: Try another card" !?
This is because Clickbank, the payment processor for this website uses a very aggressive anti-fraud system that will unfortunately deny a lot of perfectly good customers.

Because of this, for those interested, I offer alternate payment methods to those who cannot pay through Clickbank. You can send the payment directly to me using either Paypal.com or Skrill.com.

I entered my username and password but the system says 'Error: Wrong username or password'
Ok, this usually happen for one of two reasons:

1- If you copy and paste the password, make sure you don't select an empty space as this will be counted as an extra character.

2- If you type the password, make sure all letters are CAPS.



I used the Retrieve Password function and I'm still waiting!
That function is not the most reliable, if you don't get the email right away and it isn't in your SPAM folder, wait no more and contact me. I'll be glad to send you your login info.


Is it a one-time fee of $27 or will there be monthly fees?

What payment methods do you accept?

What Photoshop version do I need?
As mentionned on the main page, I strongly suggest Photoshop CS5 or a newer version (CS6 or CC) to be able to do exactly what I do.

Are all tutorials in English only?
All tutorials are in English but 15 have now Spanish subtitles. I am working with translators so that soon, all tutorials will be translated to Spanish.



The videos aren't playing properly, help!
If you are having video problems (black screen, video gets stuck, stutter, the video player doesn't expand to full screen, etc....) here are a few things to try:

1- Something that will fix almost all problems is to try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer). Based on your settings, sometimes one particular browser won't work well with the video player.

2- Empty the cache (the Temporary Internet Files) on your web browser to get rid of the damaged/stuck video so a new video copy can be loaded - or use a different browser.

3- Make sure you have the latest Flash Player installed. Download it here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

4- If your computer's memory is maxed out and the video is slow to load, close and re-open your computer for a clean slate.



I'm from INDONESIA and my government has banned Vimeo and anything that plays in a Vimeo video player. What to do?

Nearly all my Indonesian members have had great success using the free VPN software Hotspot Shield here . This will bypass the ban. If for some reason nothing works for you, contact me!
